According to Article 62 of The Banking Act, all kinds of deposits, payables and entrusted items with banks which are not sought after by their legal owners within ten years from their last claim, transaction or written instruction date are subject to prescription.

As per article 8 of the related regulation on the subject, the banks, as from the beginning of Febrauary, have to display the list of the such prescribed deposits, payables and entrusted items on their web sites for a period of four months.

In this context, if our clients, whose name and account information are given in the list, do not apply to our bank latest by Jun 15th of the current year with valid identification documents, the prescribed deposits, payables and entrusted items will be transferred to Savings Deposit Insurance Fund.
