Customer Arbitration Panel
The task of the Individual Customer Arbitration Board, established within the framework of the Turkish Banking Association, is to resolve the disputes between banks and customers. In this operation, the customer firstly finds the bank with a written application for the complaint. Bank�s response time is 20 days for complaints about credit cards and debit cards, 30 days for complaints about other banking products and services. If your claim continues to exist, you may apply to the Banks Association of Turkey for arbitration purposes by using written communication channels or means or e-Government Gateway application within a period of 60 days following response date of our Bank.
